Thanks to the efforts and contributions of our industry practitioners, the Hong Kong insurance industry has prospered over the past decades.  To ensure the wisdom accumulated over the years by our forerunners can be retained in the industry, and the knowledge and experience of the insurance veterans can be passed down to the younger generation, HKFI launched the HKFI Elite Talent Development Programme (ETDP) to nurture young practitioners for supporting and contributing to the long-term development of our industry.
